Since joining Almondz Group in 2007, Mangesh has been instrumental in shaping the firm's research division, eventually leading the Institutional Equity Research team. He now heads Portfolio Management Services at Almondz Financial Services Ltd., where he leverages his vast experience to craft tailored investment strategies for a diverse clientele. He also holds advanced certifications in finance and capital markets and is certified by NISM as a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence.

Mohd Shariq

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Mohd Shariq is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate (LL.B.) with expertise in Financial Modeling and Valuation Advisory Services. He has over 6 years of professional experience in Corporate Laws, Statutory Compliances, Due Diligence, and Listing Regulations, along with significant exposure to financial modeling and valuation assignments.

He joined the Almondz Group in 2022 and currently serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Almondz Financial Services Limited, where he oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related statutory matters.

Shariq has considerable experience in handling IPOs, Rights Issues, Private Placements, and preparation of Offer Documents/Information Memoranda. He is also actively engaged in valuation advisory services, including start-ups, equity, ESOPs, FEMA compliance, Income Tax valuations, swap ratios, mergers & acquisitions, brand valuation, and intellectual property valuation. With his combined legal, financial, and regulatory expertise, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring robust compliance and governance practices within the organization.
